About us
The Kovovýroba ZZ s.r.o. is a private company in Šternberk,Olomouc region. It was founded in 1997 and there work about 45 employees in its own premises. The company has continued metal production tradition of Vzduchotechnika ŠTERNBERK. Our company exported sheet metal furniture so-called HOBBY cabinets at the beginning. Subsequently the production technology has been focused on wire products
Now the main production program consists in manufacturing various wire products, which are welded on a special technological equipment enabling to cope very high demanding orders of our customers. The company manufactures various logistics containers, wine and spirits storage containers, racks, shelves, hooks and equipment for department stores, hypermarkets, etc. Most of the production is exported abroad (Germany, France, Holland, Finland, Belgium). The foreign partners place high demands on the quality of workmanship and speed of order processing. Therefore, our company owns modern machines such as wire straighteners, 3D bending centers, equipment for resistance welding of meshs, CNC tube bender, bending press and robotic welding workplace. Our company is constantly striving to modernise its machinery, as we believe that this is the only way it can maintain its established standard.
Our company is based in its own premises of over 7000 m2, of which 3500 m2 is a space of production and warehouse.
The Kovovýroba ZZ also strives to be energy independent so that the constant changes in energy prices do not jeopardize its operations. In 2012, the first photovoltaic power plant was acquired (PV plant) with a capacity of 30 kWp and a second PV plant with a capacity of 70 kWp in 2023.
Wire products
We produce wire products, steel flats, tubes and sheet metal according to customer’s requirements. We require technical documentation for the product or a sample, according to this we will calculate a quotation for you. We prefer serial production.
